Founder & CEOPatrick Fay founded BOC International in 1993 with a commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships and smarter global shipping solutions.
With more than 30 years of industry experience and deep expertise in Asian trade, Patrick has grown BOC from its Boston roots into a global shipping company known for its agility, reliability and customer focus.
Patrick holds a degree in Economics from Boston College, with a concentration in International Business. Outside of BOC, he enjoys time with his family on Cape Cod, running marathons and being in and on the ocean.

Aid to Ukraine · Maui Relief Project
BOC and End Hunger NE packed and shipped 1,400,000 meals to Lviv, Ukraine. BOC facilitated the construction and delivery of five 20x30 military tents to serve as temporary classrooms during the rebuilding of Lahaina Community School in Maui.
