Such goods must be entered under HTSUS 9903.88.15.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nList 4A includes HTSUS numbers for which China\u2019s share of U.S. imports from the\nworld is less than 75 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nThe tariff on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ustr.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/enforcement\/301Investigations\/List_4B_%28Effective_December_15%2C_2019%29.pdf\">List\n4B goods<\/a>&nbsp;will be applicable to\nproducts entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01\na.m. EDT on Dec. 15. Such goods must be entered under HTSUS 9903.88.16.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nList 4B includes HTSUS numbers for which China\u2019s share of U.S. imports from the\nworld is 75 percent or greater.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strtrade.com\/assets\/htmldocuments\/USTR%20301%20Products%20Removed%20from%20List%204.pdf\">25\nHTSUS numbers<\/a>&nbsp;proposed for inclusion on\nList 4 have been removed based on health, safety, national security, and other\nfactors.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nAny List 4A or 4B product eligible for admission under domestic status that is\nsubject to the 10 percent tariff and admitted into a U.S. foreign-trade zone on\nor after the effective date of that tariff may only be admitted as privileged\nforeign status.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nThe 10 percent tariff does not apply to List 4A or List 4B goods for which\nentry is properly claimed under a provision of HTSUS Chapter 98, except for\ngoods entered under HTSUS 9802.00.40, 9802.00.50, 9802.00.60, and 9802.00.80.\nFor HTSUS 9802.00.40, 9802.00.50, and 9802.00.60, this tariff applies to the\nvalue of repairs, alterations, or processing performed abroad.
