For further guidance, see the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For commercial shipments, the invoice accompanying the importation should include a statement certifying that the goods qualify as originating goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no specific format for an invoice (see 19 CFR 141.85).
