The ongoing geopolitical conflicts (particularly the Red Sea crisis and related route diversions) have become the major trigger<\/strong>, creating a ripple effect across global shipping networks. Here\u2019s how it\u2019s impacting India-export cargo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vessel rerouting and\u00a0extended voyage times<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Due to security risks in the Red Sea \/ Gulf of Aden region, a large number of vessels are being\u00a0forced to take the longer route around the Cape of Good Hope. This has significantly increased round-trip voyage durations,\u00a0effectively absorbing a substantial portion of global fleet capacity<\/strong>, and thrown scheduling into disarray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
