(ii) have committed to impose and enforce such a prohibition through an Agreement\u00a0on\u00a0Reciprocal\u00a0Trade; or (iii) have imposed a partial regime with the effect of preventing the importation of certain forced labor goods.\u00a0These economies are:\u00a0<strong>Argentina<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bangladesh<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Cambodia<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Canada<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ecuador<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>El Salvador<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Guatemala<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Honduras<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>India<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Indonesia<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jordan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Malaysia<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mexico<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Pakistan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sri Lanka<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Trinidad and Tobago<\/strong>, and the\u00a0<strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 percent or 12.5\u00a0percent, net of Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) rate is the appropriate rate of Section 301 duties for certain products of the\u00a0<strong>European Union<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Taiwan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Japan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Korea<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Switzerland<\/strong>\u00a0that are not otherwise exempted, as explained in greater detail in the Federal Register Notice; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.5\u00a0percent is the appropriate rate of Section 301 duty for\u00a0<strong>all other investigated economies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ufeffThe U.S.&nbsp;Trade&nbsp;Representative&nbsp;has also determined, in accordance with the specific direction of the President, that product exemptions are appropriate for: (a) raw materials that if subject to these&nbsp;tariffs&nbsp;could lead to the unavailability of domestic supply; (b) products that could cause economy-wide disruptions if subject to these&nbsp;tariffs; (c) products that cannot be grown or produced in sufficient quantities or at reasonable prices in the United States or obtained from other sources; (d) certain products of Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ecuador, El Salvador, the European Union, Guatemala, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, or the United Kingdom that would encourage these economies to fulfill commitments regarding forced labor import prohibitions or to enact and effectively enforce a forced labor import prohibition;
